That’s what my sister’s theatre group did for a play, just stock pilled a bunch of cheap white shoes and painted them blue, and I think she wore those than the actual blue keds she had lmao

You could also do little symbols from those songs/her career in general! Like a little 13 like she used to draw on her hand at shows, a cornelia street sign, a new year’s balloon
