Home from meeting hospice care. Obviously, there's no way to accurately predict this, but the social worker advised I tell my department I need the next two weeks off.
I'll be back down there tomorrow to meet with the nurse, which will be more thorough and give more details...but...yeah.
One - two weeks. That's the current prediction if we can't get her to eat. One to two weeks. I can't wrap my head around that.

I'm very lucky that my department is made up of wonderful, supportive people. I think I'll be able to get a sub. I'll just need to start the process asap.
