having a bunch of friends reach out and make sure im ok bc my priv account got suspended has really helped with my brain worms that everyone secretly hates me and doesn't like having me around lol
i recognize that this is not true or healthy for me OR my friends and that its as unfair to them as it is myself to think these things but it's nice to have that assurance!! and it helps too to know like. even if everyone doesn't LOVE me as much as i feel like people need to because my brain has convinced me that ppl either love me or hate me
like i can be fine with the handful of people that do make me feel wanted lol. it's the little things!!!
