No. I am asking a question unrelated to politics. I am asking teachers and artists of every variety what their vision of an infrastructure

would be. Just as a transportation infrastructure involves airports, airplanes, roads, vehicles, rail, trains, and everything necessary to

prevent collisions, track freight, etc., I want people's opinions on what arts and education infrastructures would be.
