I did have a Whole Trans Thing since the last time 0.5 of you who still read my plurk and have not abandoned your accounts in the ensuing like decade or something talked to me

Oh yeah I'm in my mid 30s also, besides being nonbinary/genderqueer/pick a word I'm some stripe of queer and mainly asexual. I occasionally claim nonbinary lesbian but I'm not a girl. The bottom line is the people I like are anime boys and real life girls mostly lmao.

Fandom stuff: I love D&D, RPGs, several MMOs, my fandom history started with SNES era Final Fantasy so I came up on that side of things -- anime and J-gaming fandom in the 90s/00s.

My current biggest fandom is honestly my D&D group's ongoing game lmao which undecipher is also in. It's set in the Critical Role setting. I like Critical Role all right but our D&D game is more fun than CR canon lmao.

other fandoms I'm fairly big into, to varying degrees: Dragon Age, Guild Wars 2, Fire Emblem 3H, if you met me in Eastbound then you certainly know I love Star Wars: The Old Republic lol. I really like Bioware games but I'm much more Dragon Age people than Mass Effect people.

Ironically even though my day job is translation I'm not really into any Japanese-language fandoms these days lol. Periodically I check out newer anime and JRPGs but the popular tastes have kind of diverged from mine. 3H has pretty much been it for a good while but I'm not in the Japan side of the fandom for that really.

uhh let's see, what else. Sometimes I disappear from the internets for a few days or weeks because of carpal tunnel and tendinitis flareups, usually you'll at least be able to find me on Discord though. Eastbound is my first JRP in maaaany years, I think my last one might have been in like '09? Don't remember but it's been a while.

I'm usually more of a single-fandom RPer and being able to enjoy Arche interacting with people from a wide variety of canons has honestly been a first for me.

I think the last character I played in JRP before Arche, years ago, was probably Xerxes Break from Pandora Hearts iirc (I retain a lingering fondness but am not in the fandom anymore). My most-often RPed character in recent years, not in JRP, has probably been purple male rogue version Garrett Hawke from Dragon Age.

I also ship him with Fenris and Anders but I am an incurable Hawke/Varric shipper forever lol.

I've been in a shitton of other fandoms over the years! Some big ones I used to play a lot were Komui from D.Gray-man back in the day, and Mephisto from Ao no Exorcist. If any of you hung out at DGM Dressing Room I was there off and on as several Komuis lol.
