so i've been dealing with health issues that's resulted in my needing to yeet the gallbladder

which is scheduled for a couple of weeks from now

because my body hates me

and on top of it my wife is now having like some adrenal deficiency issue

which we just got done testing for to find out which of our bad options we have to deal with

meaning either addison's disease or a tumor we don't know yet
