crau i think stands for character relationships alternate universe. ive seen it used mostly for characters who were in one game and then carried to a new game with all those other game memories intact.

so say for example, steven universe remembers being in a sci fi game and knowing Captain America. his rper then brings him to a fairy tale game with all his memories intact. so he can talk to Cap like he knows him, but if Cap is a fresh version, he'd be like???? who is this nice small child?
