SO WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM

back in the event where everyone was au'd into Ryslig locals, the backstory I came up with for Dio was that she was a trans girl named Judith who used her solo trips to Bavan to comfortably express herself outside of her father's eye.

I had been idly thinking about trans Dio for some time and decided to put those thoughts to use for the au event. granted, life hit me... pretty hard around the same time, so I wasn't really able to play.

nevertheless, the au was there, and I still considered it to be something that Dio experienced in Ryslig

and boy did Dio have some Thoughts on the matter

so now that the fourth wall is up I'm taking this and running with it and having Dio formally test the waters by coming out as Judith with she/her pronouns. idk when I can app back again so I'm playing with what I've got.

(also what better time to deeply reconsider your identity than directly after you wake up and find out you missed your bestie's birthday)

okay so what does this mean for YOU

if you're staying in the hill house this month, then Dio will have reintroduced herself as Judith. she prefers she/her pronouns but will frankly tolerate anything because being in the world of Ryslig is just so, so tiring for everyone involved.

if you're NOT staying in the hill house but would still like to be in on it, great! we can assume one of us reached out to the other and got things sorted sometime prior to a thread.

don't want to thread but still want to know? that's fine too!

basically if you want your character to know, then they can know, be it because they heard it straight from the source or from someone else.

she isn't wearing a dress to prom but she IS gonna look fruity as hell
