This one wasn't as much of a surprise because we know she likes pesto, but it's still fascinating to watch her scarf down a new food and reach for more over and over. Particularly considering her sister's usual approach to unfamiliar foods.
It's quite good, though it may take some trial and error to get the right egg to pesto ratio (since you can't exactly taste test as you go.) I recommend not seasoning the eggs with anything else, and the pesto should add enough fat to make it unnecessary to grease your pan.
