So the internet works downstairs, but not upstairs now. The booster's working fine apparently as is the modem

Any ideas?

It just stopped working up there midmorning and none of the home fixes I tried worked.

How are things set up, overall?

We got it fixed. There was an issue with the main modem, and no one was using the booster signal even though we have boosters

but that's all sorted now thankfully
