no one answers these so I'll do my own: lol
1. Victor, an the older peer/younger professor,
2. Ugh he tries so hard to have that tough exterior but .. gentleness and tenderness brings tears to his eyes.

If no one can see him, or he trusts one singular, said person, he'd probably cry in front of them. He's more than likely to throw things when he's angry, and he's the type to try and go in a different headspace if in pain.
3. Victor was that past lover. I don't really like the "Victor was an arse" canon, but that's the one that works with how I play Sherlock, so that's what I usually default to. Honestly, Sherlock blames himself and often says he should have known that Victor was just being manipulative. He's probably the one that got Sherlock started on drugs.
Though, Sherlock would have found that himself without much help.
4. If we use all the labels, Sherlock is a homoromantic demisexual, but he'd probably just stick with the fact he's gay, even though he tends to prefer cuddling to sex itself. He probably feels about orientation itself that you are who you are and you love who you love, only you can have a name for that, and not everything has to.
Contrary to some posts, I don't think he'd intentionally out anyone, for any reason.
(Mind that's more my interpretation of ACD canon, but that's what it is.)
5. If he wants to stay awake: a whole lot of coffee. If he wants to be personable, tea. He prefers fruity drinks to beers, but he won't say no to a brew if he wants to be part of something.
6. He's got nerve damage in his right shoulder, which causes an intermittent tremor in that hand. It's technically from a badly dislocated shoulder. It was set correctly, but still isn't that comfortable all the time. He also unconsciously stims, so it's hard to tell. He's got several scars on his back, and a few on his chest, one from a bullet wound.
The other is from partial liver removal.
His mental health varies depending on the meme.
He's on the spectrum, but he doesn't really think about this much, and he was treated in childhood, but not ... well.
probably having a dog helped the most.
(no this is not 100-percent season 4 compliant, bite me)
