I think I might have to switch away from the T patches as much as I wanna use them ;-; each time the red mark is staying longer and longer and this time it left not quite hives underneath and iiitchy and ug.
the thing is the gel makes me super anxious with haveing pets around but also needles freak me out
could you use the gel and then put a bandaid over the area you gel?
you have to gel your whole torso/upper arms
