how would you guys feel about having quests posted on the quest board as usual, but also re-posted in a log format at the beginning of the month for people to mingle in?

of course folks are always welcome to make their own catch-alls as usual, but since quests are such a big part of the game, we thought it might be a good idea to make them more visible and easier for players to interact with, find new cr, etc!

(this log format would only be a new way to present the quests, not an "event" or anything like that. the gamewide event will be announced on the calendar as usual and have a log of its own)

we're thinking of trying out this new format this month on the 1st

I think that might be a good idea, even as just a place players can drop a link to catch all logs that include open quest prompts!

i like this idea too! i sometimes know my character's taking a quest but don't always find an opportunity to thread it, so i'd be down to try this

same here! sometimes its easier to just drop a top-level for things in one place (and browse others) than to make an open post on the side

I think this will make quests a lot more visible and allow people to use them to mingle with new CR a lot more easily, this is a very good idea

^ especially if the intro logs aren't going anymore, it'll help give prompts in one place for newbies to get in on too and people to interact with them imo
