Tomorrow I need to: -finally send the notes to my 2 EI families -enter their documentation in online system -do my February billing for EI job -get March paperwork ready for EI job
-prep for and participate in an 8:30 meeting for a student I evaluated -write a report for a student I evaluated today and figure out when the hell his meeting is tomorrow, and maybe reschedule a session in order to attend -write reports for the 3 other students I evaluated this week before my brain forgets them
-figure out timelines/availability of collaborating therapists/availability of space to most efficiently schedule at least 2 more students for evals next week -do background research on those 2 students, interview their parents and teachers, and actually schedule them
-submit the paperwork and emails associated with scheduling them to the correct people (after figuring out who on earth those are...) -communicate with 3/5 students' families or teachers to figure out who I can actually see for a session -treat my 2-5 students after figuring that out, one of whom should probably start on his re-eval
-document for said students -figure out how my time got divided between 8+ different schools this week and enter it into the new online timecard system, making sure I don't bill for more than 6.5 hours per day
-oh, and email my manager about how to actually access our paystubs because I realized today that the last couple direct deposits don't make sense unless their timelines is way off
I am very grateful to be working, and with a job in my field, but this and the constant politics of it all (not even getting started on that...) are bleeding me dry
