i don't have to attempt to make this shit coherent because nora doesn't understand it, either

the problem is that even if the rest of the writing still largely seems unbearable, having a screaming antagonistic meltdown at someone culminating in saying shit like "... and i refuse to starve" is one of those inviolate character pings for me and that's the character arc they gave to cinder once they decided she needed characterization
