my advisor got on my ass about getting my research paper submitted to a journal, then i found out that they need me to teach a few classes this semester. which starts in two weeks. oof.

so now i gotta try to churn out some progress on my current research before the semester starts, since i'll have my hands full with students. my presence in threads may be a bit spotty for a bit longer...
