Lol. It's a very difficult one. For men I would say Raven Bell, the hair tends to not be poofy on top. Dura also makes hair for hats. Other option is hair you can edit, like Shi. I dunno if those styles work for you though.

Aii has hair parts like bangs you can mix and match. And ... One of stores often in FLF has separate bangs.

If the hair is mod, you buy hair that includes the hat, hide that hat, and switch with your own. Check out No Match for that.

Argrace also has hair with hat. I know mostly stores with men's styles so my knowledge might be limited.

depends on the hat, too. raven bell has some specifically designed FOR hats, without sections that would get in the way, but they need to go with a hat that sits in a similar fashion as the one it is designed for. i usually go with a hairstyle that's somewhat pulled back/sits fairly flat, or edit a non rigged short thing (which has been getting harder with

the way people are moving towards making hair)

of the newer releases i've been trying to work with hats, that are longer styles that you prefer (i go with short editable styles still a fair bit! the joys of an acid green mohawk), i think monso and exile are two not mentioned above that i've been able to find some styles to work from.
