[ pastiera reserves ] hey guys! i have a few orders left to get through (four, currently, should all be out by early next week) and then i'm doing PASTIERA. i have enough wheat to make 12 pies but let's start with a batch of six. details within.
pastiera is an italian pie/tart made with a sweet crust and a filling of vanilla custard, orange ricotta, and cinnamon cooked wheat. it's delicious and i have four up for grabs from the first batch of six, they'll be $30/pie + $15 flat rate shipping.

ME TOO i haven't done pastiera in a couple years now and it's an ordeal but one of my favorite things to send out.
i wish i could do cheaper shipping but they're dense and heavy so flat rate is the way to go.
okay i have ingredients for the first batch, which are all accounted for. if there's any interest from here we're looking at a second batch, totally doable.
I think we're interested cuz I want Ellie to try it, but I have to check with her on our finances first.

why is it so hard to find a foil pan deeper than an inch and a half come on universe. hopefully the ones i just ordered will work. they'll be a bit smaller and deeper than usual but that's preferable to wider and flatter.
