Collider on Twitter虧我才做好了預習剛讀完沙丘魔堡，還準備要做複習(DV 的電影all)，期待看完DV 版再去看林區版。

幾個禮拜前讀到爺爺的說法：

Jodorowsky said that nobody has called him to consult on Villeneuve’s “Dune” or glean horror stories about what went wrong. “When they’re doing ‘Dune’ [in 1984], for the publicity, they said, ‘The picture Jodorowsky cannot do!’ They used me in the publicity.” He said that hasn’t been the case this time around.

He plans to go see Villeneuve’s version “with pleasure, because it will be different. It’s not the same,” he said. “It’s impossible to do.”

It’s very well done,” Jodorowsky said. “We can see that it is industrial cinema, that there is a lot of money, and that it was very expensive. But if it was very expensive, it must pay in proportion. And that is the problem:

There [are] no surprises. The form is identical to what is done everywhere. The lighting, the acting, everything is predictable.”

Jodorowsky continued, “Industrial cinema is incompatible with auteur cinema. For the former, money comes before. For the second, it’s the opposite, whatever the quality of a director, whether my friend Nicolas Winding Refn or Denis Villeneuve. Industrial cinema promotes entertainment, it is a show that is not intended to change humanity or society.”

穆哈迪的確可以看到未來，但你必須明白，這種能力是有限的。想想人的視力。你有眼睛，可沒有光就看不見東西；如果你在山谷裡，就看不見山谷的另一邊。同樣，穆哈迪並不總能看到神祕莫測的未來地貌。他告訴我們。根據預言做出決定時，只要稍有一絲偏差，哪怕只是用了這個詞，而非另一個，都有可能改變未來的全貌。他還告訴我們：「未來是寬廣的，會出現各種各樣的結局。但在向未來前進的過程中，時間卻成了一扇窄門，只允許一個結局。」他本人一如既往地拒絕誘惑，不選擇看上清晰而安全的路徑，他警告說：「那樣的路從來只會導致停滯不前。」

老實說讀完沙丘魔堡，也許對我來說太斯多葛並沒有太大的共鳴。所以更加好奇經電影詮釋會接收怎樣的訊息。
剛反省調適了一下。看起來那些在說「不要害怕」的作品們依然被現實雜音干預，但其實是利用fiction 給自己打氣的我太過幼稚。幾個月前聽DV 說要綁架剪輯師的訪談時就該要有心理準備。

也不是說現在心態有多佛，而是像爺爺那樣要求藝術該要多偉大，或想看的電影能在對的時機對的地點對的身心狀態下享受，本來都是可遇不可求的奢侈。

多等一年......，我難過個幾小時就好。
