Events can be stuff like "You see someone else's memory and their memory of said event gets fuzzy. Figure out who they are and touch them to help get that memory back to them fully. Oh, and maybe chat about it and get to know each other better while you're there?" or "Oops, you sure are clumsy right now, better hope someone catches you before you eat shit."

Positive touch in tags gets you bonus AC points for regains and such.

Oh, and touch in general helps them get money too. And helps with other stuff ICly, like improving the graphics and such in the virtual reality cafes.
