This is what I think (may not be 100% correct):
Users can't upload videos at PLURK site, so when users want to share some videos, they have to use other sources (e.g. YouTube, Youku.... etc.)
In those case, if the copyright holder wishes to assert his rights, he will have priority to file a complaint with the source site, not with PLURK site.

When the video is removed from the source site, the link to the video will not be displayed on the PLURK posting, but the posting itself will still exist.
PLURK officials will only ask the user to remove the posting if the copyright holder has filed a copyright complaint with PLURK officials, the officials will not remove the posting directly.
