Today's visit with the new doctor went…alright.
The increased A1C: He's not worried.
The high LDL: "Take a statin." I told him why I won't. Ok, moving on.
Blood pressure meds: Let's try cutting them in half, monitor BP.

For the most part yes. Never know what to expect from a new doctor, particularly one that didn't graduate all that long ago.
Argh, they are still pushing statins though! Those are the worst things you could put in your body. But glad you were satisfied with the new doc!
snorkelbuddy: Yes, even when I have a calcium score of zero. They're going to get a look yearly now thanks to the aneyurism they discovered when they did the calcium scan.
