if you scroll down in the customize layout bit you can hide the mascot entirely fwiw! and you can unlock more options for it later

you can also hide it with custom css i believe! at least thats how i think mine is hidden

you can just copy and paste other people's code-- thats actually how i set mine up years ago lol. (and now im scared to change it,)

oh that's fair...!! clicking that X also hides it completely tho so i will not attempt scary things,
