Alright. Hubert will be boringly spending a lot of time in the underground library learning their script, doing some tunnel exploration, and trying to run some basic-ass errands during Litha and not having a grand time with locals trying to drag him into festivities

If there's anything in particular you want to do, I can improvise some reason for him to be there with most prompts o7 like the public bathing one is definitely out but I can be flexible

Underground street brawls are also an option, or if you think cheese boy is doing something neat I can work with that too
