cut the children into chunks no greater than 4in diameter. toss in oil, salt, pepper paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. air fry 25 mins, turning pieces over after 15 mins, until they reach an internal temp of 155

that's actually mostly a chicken breast recipe, except you don't need to cut the chicken breast but you should pound it until its and even thickness for best results

that's how you tenderize a butt, not a breast. also all frozen potato things like fries, just follow the baking instructions and it works fine. if your fryer only hits 400 like mine, then use 400 even though it may say 450 and it still works perfectly
