*hugs* it's awfully difficult dealing with our minds sometimes. Once in a while we just want to sleep and it seems our minds our just flying

through thoughts and scenarios. Couldn't even slow down for a second. Other times we can't think at all, we feel stagnant and abrupt

I really wish I could help you hun, all I can say is find something that can make you happy, even for a little while and let it distract you
