so long as they don't have you on Neurontin. My dad, uncle, and grandma took it. Grandma is the only one that did half-way decent on it.

no...is that a pain reliever? he put me on Tramadol and meloxicam...It's the meloxicam that worries me.

Neurontin can help regenerate nerves. Google it and read the side effect. Your Meloxicam has nothing on it.

they do use it for a pain killer, but it's highly addictive, can cause suicidal thoughts, dizziness, etc. Not good stuff at all.

meds react differently from person to person. I hope yours give you the so much needed relief.

it is. My bosses' nephew takes it for his seizures, or he did until they switched him to something else.

there is a long list of anti-seizure meds that are used to treat pain, as well. Meloxicam is fairly benign, it looks like.

A couple of side effects are possible, but they are infrequent, and you can stop if you notice them.

Tramadol is hard on my wife - she gets all of the big four side effects. Bleah.

Tramadol also has opiate-like withdrawal symptoms, even though it's not an opiate.

yikes. That's sound terrible.
