when you say 'please read' over and over 392385 times but people still doesn't read and ask the question that already has answer in front of them. 
Something similar happened to me earlier with a customer who kept telling me they already rezzed the item and that they can't edit it. So I told them to do it anyway and step by step show me screenshots and then they realised the item was mod.
