it's just that they will only be around places where they can expect to encounter Numbered (they could also rain from the showerhead on people who just live in the same household as a Numbered, though, and things like that)

dragoonrouge: They are sharks and can't walk, so like - it depends. So for example if they show up in a loo, they'll just hang out there unless it gets uncomfortable because the water is pretty permanent. If they fall out of a tap into a bath, they'll swim around the bath until it drains. If they, say, fall out of a garden hose, they'll
flail on the ground uselessly until they are chucked into water or die.
