people always tell me a busy restaurant is a good thing. When you're the sole waiter for one though it's hard to agree

i've worked at understaffed restaurants and did not care for it, yeah

I love my fellow staff and the money but goodness I get this close to punching a wall out of frustration that I can't do anything more

especially for the delivery drivers that end up waiting over half an hour because grubhub/uber doesn't allow for you to delay the order for anything more than maybe 25 minutes easily which I get why but it's irritating

frustrating indeed
