Julian and Logan deciding to go for it, to try seeing if they can work, but both of them are so nervous because they've been friends and nothing more for so long that they don't know if they can have something other than friendship.
But then it's just so easy.
Like, there's maybe a week or two where Logan wants to reach out to Julian, catches himself because can't do that he's straight and then re-catches himself and finishes the movement.
But even that fades quickly and it's just like they make sense?
They easily transition from giggling after dinner and a few too many illegal drinks and stumbling to a cab to sleep it off in bed, to giggling after too many illegal still drinks to Logan pushing Julian against a wall and grinning into each other's mouths before they can tear themselves away and get back to Dalton
Like, it should be awkward?
But it's not?
Pretty much i'm listening to Quarter Past Midnight and I want Julian and Logan grinning at each other as they stumble home, giggling and taking far too many side-trips into alleys because they can't help but want to get their mouths on each other, to feel the shape of each other's smile against their own and just being so happy and free together
