I don't know. We just started our 6th cycle of story content, and from what they said and shown it'll be up to date ish, since the 5th CG opening was shown off for the anouncement trailer

At a guess, and this is a long shot...

We're looking at all content to date, and will be kept in sync with Japan's servers.

We're getting US servers to lower server strain on Japan's end

That seems like a lot of work to reduce stress

Also, this of course assumes it actually happens this time.
