I mean you probably don't have to be good at computers to convince solidus you're good at computers

but someone had to make absolutely certain that Ocelot of all people passed as the most qualified team member to get put in charge of monitoring that AI

(Especially since if any of the clones shares big boss' stats they are all actually better at R&D than Ocelot)
