I've been out of the loop too long: what's your favorite pose hud? As in: hud with all your poses in it so you don't have to drop poseballs/posestands. Extra points for ease of use, too.
I use Lumipro, it's poses and lighting all in one
I use Tillies to shuffle through poses and save camera position
