do regains are needed only for those who are going to ask for new regains
I'll get a textarea to display the format of the character name/canon I think
or are they needed for all characters in the game

We need them for all characters in the game, yes.
Since we're going to link them on the Taken page.
Is #REF! enough XP for a regain? 
Anyway, you should see your Regains, Prayers, Event Bonuses, AC bonuses when we process them... all of that will be live on this sheet throughout the month now!
I added this to the top level, but I forgot another reminder that we've added this static page from which you can always find the Points sheet now!
