I think the ADHD theory was on to something

I did actually complete a tag in those three minutes, but I'm also listening to music, dying my hair and playing a mobile game

time to start the timer again and attempt to stay on task

if you don't feel the juice don't force yourself

I force myself out of compulsion and it always is pretty shit

tbf it's mostly an experiment to try and learn to direct my nonsense slightly more reliably.

since my tactic of several hundred internet tabs and ten WIP fics open at any one time is blatantly unsustainable and my task completion getting lower all the time

(that said: I have vastly increased my tag rate just by going 'make sure at least one tag happens every day')

that's all firefox tabs, (all the wip fic lives in libre office where it can be restored when I crash things due to abysmal tab management)

I believe it does, I just 99% of the time run on 'but I might need this tab later and won't find it in the bookmarks that are organised even worse than the tabs'

that said with tumblr's adult content ban I can probably safely bet at least 100 tabs are now dead links

the tumblr adult content ban is another grim reminder of why image folders are basically hoarder nests

negative: so much tumblr fic about Ocelot now inaccessable

I was fond of the one where Dave Snake isn't entirely sure how to proceed re: interactions with Otacon because not sure what to do if Otacon was down for it, ends up running into Ocelot, they have a few drinks, talk it out and blow jobs

and Snake goes home ready to actually talk actual romantic relationship with Otacon
