this continues to be my favourite Snake/Otacon snippet I've written

sometimes I wonder if I should rewrite a bit of the fic it's from so people can enjoy it without the unpopular fetish frosting

even though I wrote it in the first place due to people complaining about the fic offerings being to vanilla

real talk: the snippet is also an expression of me continuing to be weirded out by people who write snake and otacon as being super smooth and cool and entirely non-awkward

snake and otacon are two very awkward people and do well together because of that

especially snake juxtaposed as this super cool action here who flirts with women and is a total badass but when placed in an actual real relationship has no idea what to do with himself

If anyone in Metal Gear is written as being genuinely cool, I'm pretty sure people are doing it wrong

every mgs character is a heinous nerd if you look longer than thirty seconds
