there's such good things in fashioning little miss lonely. it's fully voiced, the art is good, it tries to have a relatable and different heroine, it gives you an actual choice for m or s routes, it has actual sex scenes. but there's such irritating stuff in it too that it's hard to get through. the 'relatable' mc is sometimes super paranoid and dumb.
like she won't let go of the idea that somehow because a video is getting a lot of views that means a Japanese person DEFINITELY will see it, then her life will be ruined
that concept in their culture infuriates me because it's so illogical
and the game struggles to understand what weight means
having a subplot forcing a skinny girl to lose more weight, then declaring 4kgs in one month! you look so skinny now!!!
and she has a height complex, which makes me angry, because it's basically the opposite of how I have always felt
AND THEN
POINTLESS BULLY SCENE, WHERE CAN DO NOTHING BUT WATCH GET RUN OFF AND CRY AND NEED TO BE RESCUED
and then she make it worse, because now she's decided her life is ruined because it's come out that she's friends with the popular guys in school and they made a scene
