12/26 - 1/5 = Jog, get up between 7 and 8 (as close to 7 as possible)
1/5 - 1/26 = Continue that, schedule 1 event per week MAXIMUM to pace self
1/27 - 2/9 = Continue that, try more events and see what happens until I reach a point I'm overwhelmed and then dial back to the last manageable amount
Haven't planned past that but that's the first two months of 2019 so
I got up at 8 today, tried for 7 but it was too early - still managed, so hey
I'm going to tidy up my dresser as my one big thing today
Did a simple 3 sets of 10 workout of sit ups, squats and (baby) push ups
Did my jog today, it was just as difficult but felt like it took less time at least. I'm also not as dead immediately after
