I'm gagging!

skipz: This news IS gag-worthy. Until I noticed that the New York state AG is working on it, I thought it was a half-hearted attempt to sideline the rural groups calling for fiber to be laid for internet. Literally, I live less than half a mile from the fiber lines. It's like being an animal in a cage with water just outside the cage, but none to drink.
