the parentals decided to just chill for the holidays to really connect with family and friends here before we start to become hermits and stay at home with boxes, tape and bubble wrap

it's really hitting me, every time i check the date and think, wow, this time next year it'll be snowing outside and i'll be in school

i also feel like i'm moving forward and not standing still in my life.
