I have paint on my toes. I'm not even surprised, at this point.

In retrospect, attempting to paint every wall of a new house largely by myself, in only two weeks, was folly
I am hoist on my own petard
especially when landlord is trying to show the place we're living in at the same time
to be fair, I've packed up everything but books, downstairs closets, and the kitchen
but it's been three weeks (more?) of this and I Am T I R E D
and now our fridge and washer/dryer won't be delivered in time for us to move this weekend because the delivery drivers got flooded, so who even knows if those same appliances are even ok
I've been sick this whole time, and bleeding, and my husband is having the most stressful, time-consuming program that he's running
even the cat isn't holding it together, she has kidney disease (we discovered last week)
I haven't knitted in weeks, my hands hurt too much from painting
I end finding anytime I'm involved in painting or my wife does painting somehow I get paint on me no matter how careful I am.
as to the rest I hope the move doesn't have further issues and that you can get some rest
