debating on renting land. Would anyone be interested in renting a half sim with me? If I could get 2 or 3 other people in on this, we could rent a full sim. 🤣Are homestead's worth the lower prims for low lag and privacy?

it is really nice tbh. We all work on the sim and sometimes even talk to eachother.
TakagiGraves: I'd been leaning more towards a homestead because of the privacy. Had a 1/4 sim last year but the lag was horrendous.
