I don't have the damn money to fix this thing & I donated all of our old phones I'm so pissed off right now. Love how places want you to drop money on these phones but nope 1 year warranty only. FML

The thing that really pisses me off is there are a few people on the forums with the same problem within the last few weeks so it has to be something on the phones end but nope they still won't cover it

Did you buy it from your carrier. If so, I got some tips from a phone employee once: go to the biggest store for your carrier, and ask for the manager, and explain. The bigger the store, the bigger their budget for fixing stuff for you for free.

InvisibleWoman Yeah a few people on the forum were saying the same thing & I have no money right now to put into getting this crap fixed. I think Samsung should be the one footing the bill.
