Me in March: Aww man my inbox stays empty for hours at a time, and it's still empty when I feel like tagging! I should join a game, that would fix it.

Me in April: It fixed it! Tag-pallooza!

Me in May, June, early July: Every time I look at my inbox it has a bunch of game tags that I'm really not in the mood to reply to. I'll never catch up... okay, I'll focus on memes and PSLs, that stuff is fun!

Me in mid-July: Yeah, quitting the game is the only noble solution, though I keep trying harder to tag out just to catch a bit of fun somewhere.

Me in mid-July: Okay, there. Officially quit, I can archive those 18 unanswered tags... sorry everyone. But at least you don't have to wait forever for me to tag anymore because that sucks in such an event-based game....

Me today: WHEW! I'm finally keeping on top of the PSLs and memes! Tagvana is real!

Me today: (Looks at my empty inbox. Hours go by.) Wow, it's a bummer when there's nothing to tag when I'm in the mood to tag....

Me now: (facepalm) is this a cosmic sign that I need to focus more on RL-ing... Nope! It's a sign that I should join a game!

Me now: I wonder if it will be different if I check it again!

Me now: Umm, no, the last 20 min didn't change anything.

Because this isn't a video game where the next random encounter is twenty steps away....

That's the beauty of DW-RP: everyone tags only when the time is right for them.

So every tag is a surprise gift, from someone who had the time and put in the effort to write something that made THEM happy.

Best thing ever, when I see a tag and don't have to worry that it was a rush job for someone else and not as much fun as it should have been.
