well I tripped over a dog last night in the dark landed directly on my knee and now I'm not sure if it's broken or just in a lot of pain I'm able to walk and bend it but it's like fire when I try and walk
stayed home from work today to see if the pain went down may go to Urgent Care tonight

I'm walking. it still hurts but not as much. it kind of feels like things move a little which is weird.
