if anyone has recommendations for birth control please let me know!

I know it can happen with the pill since I remember being scared that happened to me, but for me it ended up being just all the other factors in my life lol not sure if it happens with IUDs tho
Sometimes I do feel more anxious or stressed during my period

Oh also just remembered usually it’s a minor increase and rarely significant from what I heard (with the pill) but you might want to try asking your doctor if you haven’t already if in your case it can increase a lot suddenly

I've always had it like the day before my period, without any birth control. It makes me feel like a different person and I gotta remind myself it's just my period coming lol.

MadeleineEvans: I mean you know bits of my stress from last year so while I was constantly thinking my birth control was causing my anxiety, realistically it was just my whole life being a mess since I stopped for about a month recently and nothing seemed to change significantly. I've always heard it's rare that it happens but if it's really the pill then
