1) Friar Lawrence is a priest that Romeo goes to, to\ ask for him to marry him and Juliet
2) I believe Friar Lawrence's role in Romeo's life is to marry him and Juliet, and also someone Romeo could go to and feel comfortable
talking too, as appose to Romeo's friends who don't truly seem to understand him.
He's the peacekeeper, and hopes that their marriage will end feuding.
3) I think the quote, "Wisely and slow... They stumble that run fast." is Friar Lawrence warning Romeo about the dangers of quick love.
He's trying to explain to Romeo that he doesn't need this all to happen so sudden, especially just after Rosaline.
He foreshadows by saying if Romeo jumps right into marrying Juliet he will stumble and come across difficulties along the way.
he will stumble for sure in every sense of the word. he takes LIFE too fast...he's too impulsive
yea i agree, he never thinks anything out or about the concequences
