What kind of makeup do you wear to get that look where like.........you look sweaty and sparkly and like you're not wearing that much makeup

Is there some sort of appealing lightweight thing I can put on my skin to make it look like that and also my lips

tbh i've mostly only achieved that glow with skincare and no makeup HOWEVER glossier does rule that realm i think
