Silachan I'm pretty sure with this skin, the markings are baked into the skin, they're not a tattoo

hmm I hope not D: For like 1.5k or so I'd really like to be able to change out the color of the tattoo. The silver or blue ones would go great with a normal skin color for a character I have. Asked the creator but no reply yet
